Back to Morro
I'm back to my RV adventure in beautiful Morro Bay, California and The Rock, foggy days, boats, the campground and the ocean. I'm inspired to eat healthier from my recent trip to Ojai.

My inspiration to eat healthier came from my visit to the cardiologist yesterday. Not his speech to me, rather the step on the scales I always dread. Although I did not gain, I have been working hard and did not lose an ounce. I am trying so hard to enjoy bland fod.
