63/365 Low Contrast

Today’s Daily Shoot assignment is: Make a low contrast photo today. Concentrate on other cues—such as line and texture—to create your photograph.

Low Contrast Pink

This picture was taken in natural indoor light with an ISO of 800. It is a macro shot to emphasize texture. This is the first time that I intentionally shot with a high ISO. I like the effect.

Your photography inspires me:) I just got a new Canon camera and I am SO loving the photos it takes. I am going to try this today with my camera. Macro is one of my favorite settings on my camera.

I love how the composition makes this feel like a much larger landscape. You have such an eye for detail that most others would simply miss.

I really love this; so soft yet detailed.
