sorry,looking at this image makes me feel awful but I'm glad you chose it for "something red" since it's a thought provoking picture (even if it makes some bloggers crave BBQ)!!! Maybe this picture of raw meat started a few discussions plus making you feel repulsed might be a good thing...

It is always better not to see in the raw form for what you are going to eat ...
Now that is a very red shot. Makes me understand why I've never been a big beef eater.
