Silent Picture Show

Take a look at the movie I made from Moss Landing (Central Coast California) shots taken over the last few months. It features the Moss Landing Power Plant and its two smoke stacks.

How do you go about photographing the same subject more than once?

It is always not the same even I go to the same place or same subject even 3/4 times but I start without expectation and start to observe more before I start taking pictures ! Sometimes I just bring a different lens ...

great slides. i photograph the same things over and over, and they almost always look different. anything in nature, changes with the lighting, the shadows, the seasons. i can go to the river and find something new every time. i also take pieces of things, as in close up. this actually makes your power plant a thing of beauty. love the boats.

Wong, This is actually one and the same power plant in each photo. A few shots are at night I think.

Hello!)
In Belarus the crisis, inflation reached 100% by the end of the year.
Salaries reduced, the prices raised. It's sad.
But your work is nice^^

thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday. this is really a good video and I especially like the last 2 shots of it. I do what you did, take the subject from every angle. i even do that with flowers in the back yard, one flower 30 photos and i am not kidding. moving from place to place and side to side and up and down creates different light and shadows.
