Personally, I see the boats and the energy of the wind streamer and think that it must be a good day to sail. But overall, I don't think the image really works for me. I can't look at it for a long time the way I can with some of the other images on your blog.
I really like it a lot, it gives off a great, happy & free sense of joy...I guess because of the colors & the shutter speed you used to show the power of the wind...
I love it. I love the motion and that it took me a few moments for my eyes to figure out what was going on. You mentioned you were playing with the background, did you do one looking up with all sky as your background? I imagine it would have been either downright boring or a mind bender - 'how is that thing just floating there?'

I wanted to capture that wind mobile. But it is fighting with the background but I really wanted to capture it and print that shot.

I love it! I think it's neat how the colors are somewhat dulled with the splash of color from the mobile!
