The Daily Shoot: Make a photograph that illustrates an aspect of communication.
Today's challenge was revealing in that aspects of communication appear all around us in written word, body language, colors, clothing, jewelry, vocally and more. Once my mind opened to the word communication, I mainly focused on signs as I was out shooting in Monterey (California) this morning.
John, Gingee (our Calivalier King Charles Spaniel) and I played on our first day off from live-on volunteer duties at Laguna Seca Recreation Area by taking a drive over to Fisherman's Wharf area. Dave (pictured above) was standing at the driveway entrance into McDonald's and kindly allowed me to take his picture. For his modeling, I gave him a donation.

I feel so sad to see people begging for money. The other day I saw a New York blog with an identical photo. Things are really not going well.
