It's beautiful, but considering the snow I've been seeing, I don't feel "cold" looking at this. It's got an abstract look to it tho. Great idea!
Wow that is one of the most creative photos I have seen in a long time! Looks almost like a painting getting washed away by rain.
As to looking for bokeh through the lens, lol I am just trying to figure that out today! This article says i should be able to see it though

Well, I think so, blue is a cold colour and the drops are also cold unless you are not in the tropics, so I think the photo is ok.
